Maria Steller is a local Ottawa area teen singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist (piano, guitar, ukulele and mallets/glockenspiel). A 2024 Royal Conservatory of Music Gold Medalist for vocals, she has earned top competition placements across Ontario for composition and self-accompanied voice since emerging as an up-and-coming artist in 2022. A strong supporter of the not-for-profit sector, Maria has provided volunteer acoustic musical backdrops for fundraisers and farmer’s markets across the Ottawa Valley, and beyond. Her performances share heartfelt originals and fresh acoustic takes that blend folk, pop, and rock influences.
